Many service providers find it helpful to purchase a Citrix technical support contract for Citrix authorised technical support. Note Citrix Service Providers reporting more than $300 USD per month over a three-month period earn the benefit of no-charge Citrix technical support, delivered 24x7 via phone and web. Current Citrix Service Provider partners renewing their 2-year program agreement but not reporting $300 USD per month will be required to purchase a Citrix technical support agreement as part of the registration process.
Note existing Citrix Solution Advisor (CSA) technical support contracts may not be used to support Citrix Service Provider technologies.
