My support has expired what do I do?

All vCloud Air Network contracts come with Production Support. Often when logging a ticket using MyVMware, you may notice alerts saying your support has expired. These alerts are generated for Not for Resale (NFR) license keys as a part of your VMware program partnership and do not impact your vCloud Air Network contract support.

vCloud Air Network support is auto-renewed yearly with the contract.
