Enrolling in the Azure CSP program


The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program has a unique value proposition for partners who are looking at offering cloud services to their customers. The CSP model allows partners to have end to end control and governance over their customer life cycle, with the flexibility to become your customers single point of contact for Microsoft cloud services.

CSP also offers discount off the list price, apart from the creative margin that partners can build based on their IP and unique solutions that they can put together. To begin transacting Azure as a partner in the CSP program, you must become a rhipe CSP partner by completing the below.

By Partners

  1. Microsoft Partner Network Enrolment with Microsoft
  2. Completed Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA) in Microsoft Partner Center
  3. Register to become a rhipe partner Signup now

By Customers

  1. Each end-customer will need to accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCuA)

Once you've signed up, you will receive access to the rhipe PRISM portal.

Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCuA)

From February 1, 2020, customers are required to accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCuA) and partners are required to confirm customer acceptance for MCuA, to make new orders in the Microsoft Public Cloud under the CSP program.

Without MCuA acceptance and confirmation, your customers will not be able to make a new purchase, including changing seats, in the CSP program through you.

Microsoft Partner Agreement

The Microsoft Partner Agreement is a simple, unified, and digitally accepted partner agreement framework that offers concise terms to help partners, customers, and Microsoft comply with regulatory requirements, supporting enhanced privacy, security, compliance, and transparency.

All CSP indirect Resellers are required to accept Microsoft Partner Agreement to create new customers or place new orders for existing customers in the CSP program.

Partners who have not accepted the Microsoft Partner Agreement will not be able to place new orders and will be limited to managing existing subscriptions only. Therefore, it is important that you sign the Microsoft Partner Agreement in the Microsoft Partner Center as soon as possible.
