There are two portals involved for MSP usage reporting:
- Trend Micro License Management Platform
Partner Administrator of the Licensing Management Portal (LMP) will need to start updating usage reporting within LMP. Please check out this video for more information.
- rhipe Partner Portal
Once the usage figures are reviewed and updated on the LMP portal, you are required to login to your rhipe partner portal. Go to Programs >> Trend Micro MSP >> Manage Usage to submit your monthly usage. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after the submission of the usage on the portal followed by the invoice.
