Does My Cloud Platform Competency Include Support Benefits ?

Yes. If partner has a silver or Gold competency level for Cloud platform they are entitled for Signature cloud support.

For Silver Competency this includes

  • 20 Partner Advisory Hours, Technical Presales Assistance, Partner Support Community
  • 15 Product Support Incidents
  • Unlimited Signature Cloud Support Incidents*

For Gold Competency this includes 

  • Partner Support Community
  • 50 Partner Advisory Hours and Technical Presales Assistance
  • 20 Product Support Incidents
  • Unlimited Signature Cloud Support Incidents*

 * Limited to the Microsoft Cloud Service specifically associated with a competency.
