How can my customers accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement?

Before the Microsoft Customer Agreement is available for signing or attestation through PRISM portal, the current Microsoft Cloud Agreement need to be accepted by your customer and you will attest that the customer has accepted the Microsoft Cloud Agreement in PRISM portal.

rhipe will switch from accepting the Microsoft Cloud Agreement to Microsoft Customer Agreement on December 1, 2019. And you will need to start preparing for the acceptance of Microsoft Customer Agreement for all your customers.

Rhipe CSP resellers have two options to present the Microsoft Customer Agreements to your customers: 

  1. Partner Attestation (Available from December 1st 2019) - Partners can present the Microsoft Customer Agreement to a customer and secure the customer’s acceptance. For this option, partners present the Microsoft Customer Agreement in much the same way that they currently do for the Microsoft Cloud Agreement. This includes attesting that customers have reviewed the agreement and accepted the terms using Microsoft Cloud Agreement Attestation feature in PRISM portal today.
  2. Direct Customer to Microsoft Portal (Available from early 2020) - For this option, Partners can get a link from PRISM portal and invite the customer to Microsoft 365 admin center to view and sign the agreement. Your customers can also sign the Microsoft Customer Agreement with Microsoft directly.
