What is the requirement around confirming customer acceptance of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA)?

As a reseller in Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, you are responsible for reviewing Microsoft’s terms and conditions, including the acceptable use of Microsoft products and services with customers. You are required to confirm that your end customers have accepted the MCA terms.

From November 7, 2018, Microsoft will require that Indirect Resellers within the CSP program to confirm through their CSP Indirect Providers that their end customers have read, and agreed to be bound by, the Microsoft Cloud Agreement (‘MCA’). A partner will not be able to add/modify subscriptions through the Microsoft CSP channel without confirming their customer's acceptance of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA).
