There are no entry requirements or commitments to become a CSP partner with Rhipe. However, the partner is expected to adhere the following points.
- Must Own the Customer Relationship
- Partner owns the customer relationship and responsible for ensuring their success.
- Support is channeled through the partner, putting them in control.
- Customer must get the support they need
- Support needs to conform with standard SLA according to the industry and geographic region. This includes details like response time & hours of availability.
- For partners who don’t have resources for support, Rhipe CSP support add-on can be leveraged.
