What should I do to prepare for the Microsoft Customer agreement and ensure that I can place order for new licenses on behalf of my customers?

For your existing customers who have accepted the Microsoft Cloud Agreement in PRISM portal, you should:

  1. Send them a copy of Microsoft Customer Agreement for acceptance.
  2. Perform Partner Attestation of the Microsoft Customer Agreement on behalf of your customer between December 1st 2019 and January 31st 2020
  3. If you do not attest that your customers have reviewed the Microsoft agreement before January 31st 2020, you will need to invite your customers to an authenticated Microsoft portal to view and sign the agreement from early 2020 onwards.

For your customers who are new to rhipe CSP, they might need to sign both the Microsoft Cloud Agreement and Microsoft Customer Agreement. You should:

  1. Send them a copy of both Microsoft Customer Agreement and Microsoft Cloud Agreement for acceptance.
  2. Attest the acceptance of Microsoft Cloud Agreement by your customers if you are ordering new subscriptions before December 1st 2019, or/and
  3. Attest the acceptance of Microsoft Customer Agreement by your customers between December 1st 2019 and January 31st 2020
  4. If you do not attest that your customers have reviewed the Microsoft agreement before January 31st 2020, you will need to invite your customers to an authenticated Microsoft portal to view and sign the agreement from early 2020 onwards.
