A standard DocuSign order can consists of up to 3 components:
Base Product (Mandatory)
- Base Product is a mandatory base SKU for customer and is licensed by per seat per year.
There are 2 type of options:
- Connector Add-on: Connector Add-on such as SharePoint on-prem add-on, salesforce add-on. The connector add-on is licensed by per seat per year.
- Additional transactions and authentications options: These options that are purchased by customers in-advanced or anytime when their seats subscriptions are active are purchased when customers need additional transactions and authentications
Support is mandatory except DocuSign for Microsoft. There are 2 type of support SKUs: Support or Premier Support depending on SLA required by customers
