What should the Hosting Partner do to allow customers to BYO their licenses?

SPLA   need to sign an Authorized Mobility Addendum to be approved and listed by Microsoft as an Authorized Mobility Partner. Please contact program.operations@rhipe.com for more details. Your end-customers need to complete and submit the ‘License Mobility Verification Form’ to Microsoft. This helps Microsoft to verify their licensing entitlements and confirm if the licenses are eligible for ‘license mobility’.

The hoster (SPLA partner) will need to run these end-customer licenses on a dedicated virtual machine. End customers need to maintain eligible licenses on the Authorized Mobility Partner’s shared servers for a minimum period of 90 days. After the 90-day period, a customer can move the licensed software back to their premise or to another Authorized Mobility Partner’s server farm. For more details, please click here.
