Are there any requirements to CSP program for partners?

There are no entry requirements or commitments to become a CSP partner with Rhipe. However, the partner is expected to adhere the following points.

  • Must Own the Customer Relationship
    • Partner owns the customer relationship and responsible for ensuring their success.
    • Support is channeled through the partner, putting them in control.
  • Customer must get the support they need
    • Support needs to conform with standard SLA according to the industry and geographic region. This includes details like response time & hours of availability.
    • For partners who don’t have resources for support, Rhipe CSP support add-on can be leveraged.
