Yes. A CSP provider or a partner can choose to disable a partner or customer subscription subject to payment related issues or fraud. This will block the users from using the services while the administrator will still be able to access resources for 90 days.
- In Partner Center, Click the, select Customers, then choose a customer from the list.
- Choose the subscription you want to manage.
- In the Status section, choose Suspended. Then Submit your changes.
- All data will be deleted unless the subscription is reactivated within 90 days, or 90 days plus the number of days between the time the account was opened and the first billing period (maximum 120 days).
