What is partner’s default support entitlement under this program with rhipe ?

rhipe covers that necessary basic support required to troubleshoot and help partners in their Azure cloud Journey. Partners can reach out to support through email (assist@cloudsupport.help) or register a support case through our support website (https://www.cloudsupport.help/hc/en-us).  

If partners require customized support with branding, they have the option of buying support package from rhipe. Talk to your account manager for more details.
