I am new to Azure solutions, what support can I expect from rhipe ?

rhipe has a 24x7 support team that covers all support requirements for the programs available through rhipe. The team is trained and equipped to best leverage internal resources in rhipe as well as from the vendor side.

rhipe is a Cloud platform competency partner for Microsoft and has experts who can help and support any Azure related scenarios for partners. rhipe can also escalate support cases to Microsoft if required on behalf of the partner.
