Can rhipe provide technical support for Azure stack related issues?

rhipe can support by elevating any partner support request to Microsoft in specific scenarios when Microsoft intervention is required. By default, all Azure Stack hardware is to be supported by the hardware vendor from whom the stack was purchased. This will ensure that the partner does not breach any warranty terms with the Azure stack hardware vendor.

All Azure stack deployments are to be covered by the hardware vendor supplying the hardware and it is an entitlement of the partner to receive such support.
